CEMS Entrepreneurs support 200+ ventures from 30+ top business schools and 80+ corporate partners. However, it lacks a centralized portal to manage and scale its network.

data about the ecosystem players and events are scattered in 15+ data sources (airtable, google sheet), resulting in duplications and difficulties in data reusing
Repetitive manual efforts
Scattered data made it challenging to retrieve past info. Therefore, the team had to build a new dataset from scratch for each new initiative, creating more data silos.
Missed scaling opportunities
Since there was no single truth of information, the team found it challenging to scale their initiatives, like data insights overview, venture support match-making, etc.
I joined the team to lead their Tech and automation and built CEMS Entrepreneurs' first venture management portal.
