The team couldn’t access or modify backend data directly, relying on the agency to make small changes or fixes on data structure (average 7 days /request)
Manual reporting & low accuracy
Data wasn’t synced in real-time, forcing staff to compile reports manually.

No third-party integrations were in place—resulting in repetitive tasks and lost time.
I built a fully modular no-code platform tailored to their internal operations, to maintain 3k+ startups and 6k+ startups
