Product Management App
Two months after launching e-bikes in 13 Italian hotels, ALOE needed to replace an external SaaS with its own rental software but had no product process. I led product strategy and built a no-code app for needs discovery, feature prioritisation and documentation: 100+ features shipped across 9 sprints and 4k+ transactions through the SaaS.

The context
After 2 months of launching e-bikes in 13 hotels in Italy, the team faced several challenges in developing its rental management software:
The need to replace the external SaaS with an internally developed solution.
Lack of team members with experience in product development.
Insufficient tools to prioritize and manage product features efficiently.
How I built it
I led the product strategy and user experience for ALOE's rental management SaaS and built a no-code app to streamline ALOE's product lifecycle, featuring:
Needs Discovery
Pages to structure user insights from field research, market analysis, and in-app behavior tracking.
Feature Management
Tools to collect, organize, and prioritize features by sprint, effort, and benefit.
Product Documentation
Detailed descriptions of each feature's context and requirements.
Business Support
Automation to notify users of new features and assist with onboarding.
