The accelerator’s original system was built and maintained by an external agency, which caused multiple friction points:
No backend control: The team couldn’t access or modify backend data directly, relying on the agency to make small changes or fixes on data structure (average 7 days /request)
Manual reporting & low accuracy: Data wasn’t synced in real-time, forcing staff to compile reports manually.
Missed automation potential: No third-party integrations were in place—resulting in repetitive tasks and lost time.
They needed a modern, self-owned solution that streamlined operations and reduced dependency on others.
I built a fully modular no-code platform tailored to their internal operations, to maintain 3k+ startups and 6k+ startups
Flexible for every function: A centralized Airtable database powering dashboards, reports, and forms, to manage
Drag-and-drop interface: The internal team can now build, edit, and expand the tool without developers.
Automation-ready: Prepped for future automated reports, email triggers, and stakeholder portals.
