ALOE's sales operations were facing several challenges:
Sales teams lacked a centralized system for tracking and managing leads, resulting in inefficient workflows and missed opportunities.
Sales call notes and follow-ups were being handled manually, leading to inconsistencies in communication and task management.
The company needed to streamline its lead generation efforts for cold-calling and email campaigns but lacked the tools to automate the process effectively.
To address these issues, I developed a suite of applications to optimize ALOE’s sales operations:
Sales CRM: Built ALOE's first CRM system, centralizing lead tracking and management to ensure that all leads were captured and efficiently managed by the sales team.
AI-Powered Transcription Tool: Developed an AI-powered tool to automatically transcribe sales calls sent to a designated email, log them into the CRM, and notify the team via Discord for immediate follow-up.
Lead Generation Automation: Scraped over 400 SaaS leads using a no-code web scraper, providing a database of contacts for cold-calling and email campaigns, significantly boosting lead generation efforts.
