Since ALOE's SaaS launch in May 2024, the team has had limited first-hand user insights, making it challenging to make informed product decisions and set priorities.
I integrated the SaaS platform with Amplitude to capture key user actions and built an automated workflow using Airtable and Zapier to analyze transaction failures:
\- Stripe payment failures trigger a Zapier notification to the PM on Discord.
\- The PM reviews user actions in Amplitude to identify issues and inform product decisions.
In one month, I analyzed over 250 orders, proposed 24 new features based on user insights, and addressed over €11k in potential revenue loss.
