The recruitment team I initially worked with faced significant challenges in hiring qualified teachers on time for requests from 16 schools. The difficulties stemmed from two main issues:
- Tool Management: It was hard to keep track of six different tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Gmail) simultaneously, leading to inefficiencies and errors. 
- Repetitive Manual Tasks: The team spent a long time on repetitive tasks, such as creating emails and generating weekly reports, which slowed down the hiring process. 
I proposed the development of an integrated and automated recruitment tool using AirTable, successfully convincing my managers and leading the project from scratch:
- Collaborated with 8 recruiters and candidates to gain field insights, thoroughly understanding the existing recruitment process and identifying key pain points. 
- Automated over 63% of manual tasks in the recruitment process, significantly improving efficiency and accuracy. 
- Scaled the solution to other departments, including Sales and Finance, to streamline their processes as well, and on average automated 50% of manual tasks.
