Speculative design is a powerful tool for business design and consulting, helping clients forecast future scenarios and consider underlooked trends and factors when planning strategies. It has been used by well-known brands such as Google, Philips, and IKEA.

Tangity has developed its own Speculative Design toolkit through Miro. However, it faced several challenges:

• Time-consuming: The process required at least a 4-hour workshop, which was time-consuming and resource-intensive.

• Knowledge barrier: This approach was not accessible to everyone, as it required significant background knowledge and manual effort.

As a result, user adoption was limited, reducing the toolkit's overall impact.
